Very good location, 20 minutes' drive from Itami airport. Rosa Rocce, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. Decent base for trip in Osaka. We enjoyed staying at the property.

shinsaibashi subway station was short way from the hotel. we appreciated the comfort and staff and everything supplied for our vacation. the venue was adjacent to such local attractions as namba parks.
